Another Network Upgrade

For the past year, XD's Cloud relied on PLAYIT.GG as our networking provider. While it served us well as we scaled, we've outgrown the limitations of that service. We needed more control, better performance, and the ability to customize our network to match our growth.

So we're making a change. We're building and deploying our own networking infrastructure, giving us full control over how data flows through XD's Cloud.

Our new infrastructure runs on dedicated hardware with custom software engineered specifically for our needs. This means faster connections for you, the ability to support many more concurrent servers, and higher bandwidth limits without the bottlenecks of a third-party provider.

The benefits are significant: lower latency for server connections, more predictable performance, and the flexibility to scale without hitting external provider limits. You'll experience faster response times when connecting to your servers and more reliable connections overall.

This upgrade is rolling out gradually, so not all regions are switched over yet. If your servers are still using the PLAYIT.GG network, you'll be transitioned soon. You don't need to do anything the switch happens automatically on our end.
